This Constitutional amendment will secure the birthright of equal treatment for male and female alike. Laws, state Equal Rights Amendment's, the 14th Amendment are no guarantee.
That the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) did not pass earlier surprises many.  But ERA is indeed still alive and well. ERA JUST NEEDS 3 MORE STATES TO RATIFY IT so it passes into the U.S. Constitution!    We of the Equal Rights Alliance Inc. focus on this singular PURPOSE:
To see the Equal Rights Amendment PASS INTO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.  But FIRST, 3 MORE States must ratify/vote for the Equal Rights Amendment.  Florida is one of those States.
How your national organization, the Equal Rights Alliance Inc. DOES this for YOU for FREE:
We mobilize, Organize and Publicize the swelling need for America’s Equal Rights Amendment which is already in place in every nation created since WWII.  We advocate that the U.S. Equal Rights Amendment be in our Constitution, too.  We perform research via several national legal teams and spread information by cyber-newsletters, talks, rallies, media interviews, talking with officials, give speeches anywhere you ask us in Florida, the Southeast U.S., D.C., at nearly 67 Florida County Legislative Delegation meetings every year while helping to mentor the 6 other Equal Rights Amendment-active states:  Arkansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, and now Virginia. It's year round 18/7 schedule.
We NEED you.
Your Alliance is poised for Equal Rights Amendment Action.
Regional Coordinators

We have the support, the tools, the expertise, and the votes.
All we need…is for YOU to pitch in to convince state lawmakers that Equality IS a purely a fundamental, moral, American value. We’ll teach you how, as needed, and provide handouts to leave.
For those who cannot find time to volunteer with Equal Rights Amendment occasionally, please DONATE what you can for operating costs to  ERA Inc. OR  ERA Education Inc, (our 501c3) at P.O. Box 59023, N. Redington Bch, FL 33708 or Paypal. None of us is salaried. You pay no dues. Equal Rights Amendment is funded solely by donations like yours and ours.   Thank you.
Please  Read, Learn, and Comment at [email protected]. We are all for YOU, your children, theirs, theirs and theirs! Sandy Oestreich, Founder-President of the Equal Rights Alliance, who thrills to the idea of REAL PROTECTION against sex discrimination is now working with 300,000 supporters, 88% of the public who say they WANT AN Equal Rights Amendment, 49 Florida officials, a legendary Board, 7 Regional Directors, and with the other ERA-active states.

MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT for Immediate Release August 12, 2012
CONTACT: Sandy Oestreich, Pres., National Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) Alliance 727 804-3052
THE WOMENS REVOLUTION HAS BEGUN
Women Rally at the U.S. Capitol to Protest surge of NEO-MEDIEVAL PERSECUTION, the current all too-real legislative War on Women
WHEN: SATURDAY, AUGUST 18, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: U.S. CAPITOL WEST LAWN, Washington, DC
WHAT: LARGE RALLY to PROTEST current partisan legislative WAR ON WOMEN and FAMILIES (e.g., 916 anti-woman, anti-family bills overjust 3-month period, ongoing)
The Capitol (Washington, DC)The Womans Revolution against the partisan very real War on Women--916 anti-woman, anti-family bills IN JUST3 MONTHS-- kicks off August 18, 2012 atthe U.S. Capitol West Lawn, starting Saturday at 10 a.m. No laughing matter to these women.
Four sassy, savvy young women are in full rebellion against the War on Women. A bare few months ago, they came together, hopping-mad, as a grassroots organization at www.WeAreWoman.us to foment a Womans Revolution against the stingingly partisan legislative War on Women.
Their Rally-Protest at the Capitol will bring busloads of women and men from across the nation. Expect banners, music, balloons, bullhorns, cowbells and decorated umbrellas.
Legendary speakers will represent National Womens Political Caucus, Planned Parenthood, Huffington Post, National Organization for Women, National Equal Rights Amendment Alliance, Feminist Majority, andothers protesting partisan legislators actions. Betty Jean Kling (PA) asserts that the ongoing War on Women that is now gone over the top, absolutely IMMORAL to voters. Engage to be The Change you want to see is her motto.
Founder- president of the National Equal Rights Amendment Alliance (FL) which works to pass the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA)into the U.S. Constitution says they will attend with banners flying. President Sandy Oestreich (FL) says, This War is sex discrimination to the max. Equal Rights Amendment makes sex discrimination (male and female alike) a violation of the U.S.Constitution. If we had Equal Rights Amendment they would not dare strike at women like this. Dr. Dorie Rothman (NJ) affirms, NOTHING else has the power to change this shameful American hobby of treating women/girls as less than men and boys.
According to the National ERA Alliance web site, www.2PassERA, Equal Rights Amendment is still viable and contemporaneous, and since no state has ever rescinded its vote, ratification by just three more state legislatures passes Equal Rights Amendment into the U.S. Constitution. Oestreich declares Equal Rights Amendment will finally codify gender-equal treatment across the board and put American females birth rights in the nations contract with its People. Without Constitutional backing, women and girls can continue to be subjected to sieges against our personhood from every quarter. Theres no getting used to that.
The site details Equal Rights Amendments benefits to the economy: can boost tax revenues, cut Medicare/Medicaid and court costs, raise the Gross Domestic Product as in other countries, and Equal Rights Amendment uniquely requires no funding. Whats not to LIKE?
Equal Rights Amendment undergirds all womens issues, says Wendy Cartright, one of the four WeAreWoman.us founders, This Rally says we are not going away until women are in the nations contract with its people, protected from continued exploitation, harassment, rape and violence. Period. Tennessees Bud Fields of BlogTalkRadio says Weve got to become Americans again. Keeping half the nations talents hog-tied is against Americas best interests. Shouldnt we be electing ADULTS?
